Before founding AdvantEdge HR, Michael Martini was the General Manager of conglomerate Kelly Staff Leasing and an executive officer at Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA) one of the world’s largest Fortune 500 International Staffing and Outsourcing companies. Michael led the turnaround of Kelly Staffing Leasing, the Payroll, Benefits, HRO and PEO divisions of Kelly Services, and was responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the $300 million division.

With over 25 years of Human Resources experience, he went back to the drawing board and resolved to revamp the way that outsourcing companies delivered Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Human Resource practices. His vision: refocus energies on the BIG PICTURE of revenue streams and profitability.

First focusing his efforts and energy in New Jersey, he is now expanding his services and expertise to the Charleston area.
